Here is a simple guide for choosing a health challenge:

1/2) Make sure you're living in Canada, the USA, or may encounter me during my travels. Contact me for serious inquiries if you are outside these conditions.

1) Ask yourself how important your health is to you, and how serious you are about making a health change in 28 days. I personally put health first above everything, because healthy people can make money, but money can't always make people healthy. What is the value of your health to you? Will you "try", will you go "in", or will you go "ALL IN"?

2) Once you decide on how important your health is to you, go through the different packages available and pick something that would benefit your health the most. For example, the deluxe (DX) packages all address a unique need, with the exception of the DX Health PACK, which is meant for those who simply want general health maintenance. I've included more detailed package descriptions to assist you as needed.

3) After you decided which package you want, I will do my best to get your package to you as soon as possible. Due to my busy competition schedule, please allow some time for shipping and handling. However, feel free to contact me after you place an order so we can stay in touch. After you receive your products, please let me know when you decide to start your 28-day Health Challenge. I will give a brief consult on how to use the products, and review the rules established for the challenge. Although there's technically no expiry date on the Health Challenges, please try to do it before Summer 2016. 

General Health Challenge Descriptions:
[BASIC] "I'll give it a try."

• Take supplements (varies depending on package)
• 30 mins x 2 times / week exercise (min. 60 mins/week)

Rewards (after completion and testimonial):

• Certificate of Completion
• 30 minute consultation (e.g. goals, what's next?)
• Have testimonial published on website (optional)
• Credit toward the purchase of another Health Challenge
• 1 entry toward a future draw prize at the end of the season (to be announced)
• Value: $50+ (in addition to value of package)

[BASIC++] "I'm in."

• Take supplements (varies depending on package)
• 30 mins x 3 times / week exercise (min. 90 mins/week)
• 1 liter of water / day; 5 times / week (must be water!)

Rewards (after completion and testimonial):

• Certificate of Completion
• 45 minute consultation (e.g. goals, what's next?)
• Have testimonial published on website (optional)
• Credit toward the purchase of another Health Challenge
• 2 entries toward a future draw prize at the end of the season (to be announced)
• Value: $75+ (in addition to value of package)

[DELUXE] "I'm ALL IN!"

• Take supplements (varies depending on package)
• 30 mins x 4 times / week exercise (min. 120 mins/week)
• 1 liter of water / day; 5 times / week (must be water!)
• min. 7 hours / sleep; 5 times / week (preferably before midnight)

Rewards (after completion and testimonial):

• Certificate of Completion
• 60 minute consultation (e.g. goals, what's next?)
• Have testimonial published on website (optional)
• Credit toward the purchase of another Health Challenge
• 3 entries toward a future draw prize at the end of the season (to be announced)
• Value: $100+ (in addition to value of package)

Note: The purpose of the testimonial is to discourage cheating. Although cheating is always possible, I would hope that most people encounter some level of discomfort in writing about their own healthy lifestyle changes that did not actually happen.
